The day-to-day affairs of the Company are looking after by Shri Parag P. Shah Managing Director of the Company, under the guidance and supervision of well experienced Board.

Mr. Parag P. Shah being Executive Director of the Company since 2000 and having a vast experience in service. He is appointed as Managing Director with effect from 1st August, 2016 of the Company.
Mr. Paras K. Sharma is a non executive director of the Company, aged 31 yrs holds a B.Com degree with 5 years experience in service.
Mrs. Bhargavi V. Talati is a women director and non executive director of the Company, aged 58 years holds a Commerce degree with Experience in Finance Business.
Mrs. Binaben Pravinkumar Panchal is a non executive director of the Company, Aged 54 Years and Having vast experience in the field of Finance.
